It's 2 a.m. we stopped to pick up a Coke and a burger and we have been waiting for 20 minutes now nothing is moving it is extremely annoying I never ever had to wait at a McDonald's for that long. At a time so much for fast food... update 10 minutes later we are still waiting for the food at this point we cannot leave the line we kind of stuck

If I could I would give 0 stars. Every time I come to pick up a doordash order at Night, the lobby is closed and I have to wait in a long line for the order. They take their time with the orders and take one order at a time. One night I waited for about an hour. They’re not very friendly either. The food isn’t worth the wait. This is one of the worst McDonald’s you could order from. :3

I’ve gone there a couple times recently and they have gotten my order completely wrong both times. The first time they rang us up as chicken nuggets when we got a cheeseburger and the next time they put a cheeseburger instead of a coke. I don’t know what happens because they repeat our order back to us correctly at the window but when we pay and pick up it’s completely off.

I ordered two McChickens. Both had buns that literally fell apart the second I touched them. On top of that, I was given the wrong drink, and wasn't told they'd run out of quarters. Would've happily paid by card instead of getting like 13 nickels.
At least the fries were decent, but genuinely you're better off going to a different location.

I’m sure the people here mean well, but this McDonalds literally never gets an order correct. Forget about customizing an order, they can’t even get just a standard order correct. Ever. And then when they finally do, you’ve been there an hour. Hard pass on visiting this location. To be clear, the people are very nice it just seems like none of them know how to do their jobs. At least not the first or second time.

My last visit I ordered chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce only to get no sauce what so ever. It's almost like they know when I'm not going to check the bag! This has happened far too many times. Nuggets are too dry not to have sauce! Shame i was on my way to appointment and couldn't go back.

They are NOT open 24hrs, people inside working but not taking orders?? Or do they just not want to work. And if you see someone in the drive thru maybe use the headset we saw on your head and let us know so we’re not waiting for a mobile order we already paid for.

Tried to get breakfast this morning before taking my husband to the airport and the staff sat in the back quietly ignoring us while we sat at the drive through. We ultimately left once we realized we would not be receiving service.
