Wendy's

I ordered a #1 Single with no onions and no mustard. The cashier put no ketchup and no mustard. I asked her to correct the order to show ketchup. I also asked for sparkling Minute Maid which is offered on their Freestyle Coke a Cola machine. She told me they didn’t have it. 😳 I get to the pick up window. No greeting from either of the two ladies at the window. She acted like I was bothering them. I asked for a straw for my drink. I was not given a receipt after payment. The fries were not crispy and was cold. There was no ketchup in the bag or on my burger! 😳 Disappointing.

My experience tonight was horrible ! I got there at 9:00 pm. By the time I got to the speaker box it was 9:25 - then at the window around 9:30 . I had a mobile order and they asked me twice if I said that at the box . Yea I did , obviously the two people standing RIGHT NEXT to each other couldn’t hear one another as they both asked me the same question . They asked me to pull up and informed me that someone “forgot” to check me in. I did , I sat there until 9:45 and watched several cars go by . They handed my drinks to the car behind me - the customer handed the drinks back to them and they proceeded to bring me the same drinks . Came out the front door , no apology , no thanks for your patience , nothing . Don’t plan on returning to this Wendy’s .

Traaaaaash man if i could give 0 stars i would. I spoke with Dominic on the phone when i called to say im coong back and he said sorry so thats the only thing positive about my experience. Gave them Another chance an they f'd up yet again. I asked for a plain burger just the meat an bread an I get home cheese all on the sandwich. I wasn't given a receipt and the lady at the window just passed me my food and didn't say anything. Definitely need new employees who care about the service they provide.

Employees rude & trashy behavior. Asked for a reprint of my reciept. A young girl got mouthy & said they all print like that, I said they needed to be fixed she then got more mouthy and stated "I'm not a mechanic". I said that's not a mechanic job to fix your printing machine. Then I drove off not noticing that the 3 meals I ordered where not all in the bags. I upcharge my fires to the baconator fries, those amoung the shortage of nuggets when I ordered 20. These kids don't know how to manage or work in customer service and result into bad reviews. They just want to stand around and talk or be on their cell phones.
