Taco Bell

Any time I have ordered from this taco bell on Commander Sheppard I have never had one complaint by any means!!! Everything has been exactly on point and I have forgotten sauce packets they have so generous on extra . I will order from them before I do Mercury or Pembroke (which are closer). The quality and customer service has been awesome!!!!

Commander Shepherd Taco Bell... Staff are friendly and courteous but we inevitably always end up 1 taco or item short. Trying to verify an order for 5 people and unwrap 15 items just isn't practical. Please take that extra min to verify before handing the bag out the window .. you may save a parent a LOT of chaos with a kid missing a taco. 😉

Wow, very unexpected terrible dinner at this Taco Bell stop. - $20 for two average meals at Taco Bell is unsat. Maybe for some huge burger meals at other fast food restaurants, but not Taco Bell. The pricing here is way off. - The food was honestly terrible. The Taco shells were stale, soft and had a weird, lasting aftertaste, almost like bathroom disinfectant. The soft tortillas were hard. The drinks were flat and lacking [unserviced] flavor/syrup refill on nearly every softdrink option. - The ice machine was broken. - Charged me for nachos when ordering just a side of nacho cheese. - Ordered a taco without lettuce, got lettuce instead. - Every employee's uniform was covered in food battle damage from head to toe. I get that it's a hard job, but it didn't look like anyone was even trying. This was ~5pm with 1-2 cars in the drive-through and we were the only party inside. But frankly, I probably wouldn't have been motivated to write a negative review if the food was priced within reason.

Really friendly people and great service! I even overhead the cashier recognize someone who had been in before and had a bad order and offered to cover his meal tonight! Pretty cool! Also, the building is very new and clean, though not very big inside, so not great for groups! Glad I randomly stopped by this one!
