Starbucks

This is the by far my favorite Starbucks around due to having the friendliest, most wonderful, and hardest working staff!! There are at least 10+ sweet faces that I look forward to seeing on any given day, and they work SO hard, and so efficiently together, it’s a truly majestic sight on a busy weekend morning. My coffee order is also always reliably perfect!!! So grateful for this staff—the level of day-brightening that happens here just cannot go unmentioned! Love them so much!!

Typical Starbucks, and typical employees not knowing what they are selling... Asked if the light roast has more caffeine and both employees (see pic) said the dark roast, yet it is actually the light roast (pike). Even though only slightly more they should be aware of this imo. Oh well no harm just a sad fact these days. We all need to strive to do the best we can at no matter what it is!

I've worked here in the past as well - quite possibly the best corporate environment experience I've ever had. Everyone here keeps the line flowing despite how busy it can get. This place takes the morning rush hour (due to the trade parade) with grace. The staff make beautiful connections with their regulars and make it known that they are appreciated with a greeting and, when they are able to, genuine conversation. The drinks are very rarely wrong, but in the event anything is made wrong, if you just ask, the staff are more than willing to make things right. Overall, one of my favorite Starbucks stores. If you see any bad reviews talking about "rude staff," I can near guarantee the person leaving the review was likely PO'ed because their grande-in-a-venti, upside down, blonde triple shot iced mocha latte with oat milk, two pumps of raspberry, a quarter pump of vanilla on the top, double-blended with light whip monstrosity wasn't made to their exact liking as it usually is in some Manhattan Starbucks. (And no, before someone flags this review, that is no one's specific order that I can recall)
