Tim Hortons

I see a lot of people confuse this location for the one INSIDE Jackson, it’s NOT! This is the one right at the bus stop at Hughson and King. This location has got to be the best one in the entire city by far! It’s such a shame they aren’t open on weekends. Even when I don’t need to go downtown, I’m getting on a bus just to go to this Tims. The staff is absolutely incredible! They’re always really pleasant, even when you can tell it’s not a great day for whoever is helping you, they are still so professional and that’s kinda lacking with a lot of customer service these days. They are always on top of filling their machines and keeping things fresh and stocked for customers! Idk what’s wrong with the other locations on Hamilton, but I swear it’s like every single employee refuses to refill the iced capp machine and quite literally everywhere BUT this location, provides the most foamy iced capps in existence LOL. They even throw in a couple extra Timbits here and there! Shhh! The only, and I mean ONLY downsides to this location are how small it is and how it’s only open weekdays! Those are my only complaints. Keep up the awesome work you guys!

Friendly service for affordable coffee & snacks. But service could have been more efficient & faster, as there were many customers ahead of & behind me -- yet only 1 male server at 1 window. Definitely, service from more than 1 window needs to be available when 5 or more customers are already in line!
