This location has very well made subs. They put the right amount of toppings on and listen well. The service is usually very friendly and the manager is nice.

Decided to order from Quiznos upper James (today May 3rd) because we loved the St. Catharines location, that was a huge regret. There was hardly any meat in the sandwich at all... I’m actually so shocked that they would confidently serve this to someone. Maybe they just don’t care?
Really unfortunate, We were really looking forward to it, and decided against our favourite pizza place to order Quiznos instead and I’m so disappointed 😞. It was more like an appetizer, now we have to make something else. Ordered from Uber eats, 2 sandwiches with tip was $37 and I’m still starving. 😒 won’t order from here again.

Just went to the Upper James location. BIG MISTAKE!! Since when do they put bacon bits on a sub instead of bacon slices? Also was asked the same question 3 times….Hardly any meat on the sub at all!!! Nasty! Firehouse Subs here I come!

I was just their and ordered the Thursday special which is a 9” club sub and it was terrible. The girl was terrific, nice smile, very welcoming but she did not ask me if I wanted my sub toasted and I don’t like my subs toasted. The bread was hard, the toppings were scarce. It was not a special. I can go over to subway or Mr Sub, get a 12” club sub with 4 slices of ham, two slices of turkey and 4 strips of bacon for the same price. Sad. Won’t be going there again
