Subway

This is one of the rudest subway I ever visited. I am just eating only 5 vegetables in vege delight sub, when I tell him put more vegetables(because it is only 5), he told me that I can not put more and if you don't want it, that is the DOOR. His name is "SHWETANG" who is the manager of that subway. The worst service they provide to me I will never go to that subway

Came in to order soup and sandwich. Person who made soup only filled half way. Then it was placed on top of my sandwich in the bag on its side. Soup spilled in the bag. Did not give me more soup and when I showed them it was half filled they did not have any soup. Bread was also stale :( was not apologized to, or offered anything. Please show the staff members so this doesn't happen to someone else.

Staff are beyond ignorant! Asked for a cup to get ice for the bottled drink I bought worth my sub.... The 2 ladies then called annoying and said I'm always rude.....I had an issue once before just once it was addressed and I was good apparently they are not. I'm appalled and so embarassed I will be seeking her job.....update went to speak top the manager this morning... I have always seen him around and had a great rapport he flat out I will always believe my staff.... which I agree as manager myself....but know when to probe for more and help your customers too! He told me to leave and not come back go to great office i don't care.... all because i asked for a cup and ice......He had me in tears!

I visited subway on dundurn on Tuesday March 9th at 11:20 AM and I was not served because I told the cashier I don't eat pork and would like Turkey on my sandwich. He didn't hear what I said, he attempted to give me pepperoni I told him I don't eat pork I ordered Turkey. He accused me of not saying I wanted the Turkey and I know for sure I told him what I wanted. He argued with telling me I didn't say I wanted Turkey. I told him I know what I said he told me then I won't make your sandwich. Very unpleasant and unprofessional NEVER WILL I GO TO ANY SUBWAY AGAIN.

Do you want to be disrespected while ordering? Do you like little to no toppings, and want to argue with people that barely speak English for them to give you your correct order? If your answer was yes to these questions THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! 😂 Do not eat here, garbage food garbage owners, disgusting please

Absolutely amazing service today when I went in. Gentleman behind the counter was extremely polite and had a big.smile as he was working. Excellent memory didn't need anything repeated, worked quickly ftllto get four customers their food in a very timely manner. 10/10 will come back to this location. Keep up the awesomeness!
