I have been regular at this location and they never fail to amaze me. The bowls are well crafted and packed with freshly prepared stuff fitting in my healthy meal of the day goal. I highly recommend this particular location.

The person who made my order was really cheap. He stuffed the bowl with rice and minimum amount of veggies in it. I mean really? This is what they give you for $12 spent? I will never go back to this location again. Please note, I didn't want to give any star.

I would like to inform you of the unprofessional behavior experienced at your place of business on April 16 at 1pm.
One of the staff member (male) has been mistreating third party delivery partners for no reason.
I am sure that it was an isolated incident which does not reflect the company's mission, and that all the measures will be taken in order to avoid it in the future.

The guy working here don't have sense how to talk with delivery driver. He uses abusive language with me. The head of freshi should tale strick action against him. I was thinking he was nice guys but he resulted to be worst guys I have ever been. Although I have reported to the uber also .

I LOVE this Freshii location!The owner/manager is always in the restaurant and is the nicest guy. All the employee's are really kind and friendly and always polite and professional. The food portions are large and fairly priced. It gets busy around peak times (lunch) and they make everything fresh so if you're in a rush, make an account and place a mobile order. My place of work has also used this location for a "bulk" order and they were super. I've been to the upper james Freshii location and it doesn't compare. The staff at this location really make the difference. Keep up the great work!

Good service, but the bowls are smaller and not many toppings compared to other freshii. the only thing that has me going to this location is convenience.

Brutal with the small portion sizes of toppings and charging extra for items such as extra sauce. Other locations serve bigger portions and the amount of sauce as an option at the Dundas location.
Extremely disappointing.
