Sandwiches were awesome. Very first time redeeming a free sandwich. Very friendly, helpful and patient with me. From the moment I walked in until I left. I was impressed. Very clean. The staff knows names of each customer. Even the customers are friendly. My boyfriend and I must have had 4 conversations during the 45 minutes we were there. We must have had about 25 people greeting us both while outside having a cigarette. My boyfriend and I agreed we will start coming there more often. I can't wait! A true hidden gem in Hamilton. We were waiting for our Nissan to be fixed at Lovely Auto Sales.

I go to the nicest lady here and she deserves nothing but respect. I always tip her $10 because she’s just sooo nice and respectful all the time. The other ladies I can’t say the same. The other employees are very rude, they’re very very disrespectful, nothing but attitude. This lady asked for napkins and they tossed them to her and yelled at her and said have a good day. And they were just so rude to everyone. I don’t recommend anyone to come here unless you want to be treated with the least amount of respect a person could get.

very displeased with the overall performance, burnt overcooked bagels begins to become a common practice unless you actually seem to care, just because its early doesn't mean you can be mean offering your people atrocious food. that's not right..keep going in asking for bagels simply told that they're not ready, time after time. hope to see the baker in the back pull up his socks and show the nation alittle stoicism even if it may be in a minuscule version. before all hell breaks loose at the crack of dawn. now that would great.

I used to like this location but thanks to the one supervisor manager the Indian are Pakistani lady she is very very rude over the phone when you have an issue very unprofessional because of her and her alone I will boycott this location until I hear she is no longer there I will take $120 a week to another location
