Pizza Inferno

DO NOT ORDER HERE from rude dishonest managers to tragically bad food, not worth your time or money. The food was over 2 hours late, I called and talked to management only for them to accuse me of lying and saying that I placed my order less than an hour ago. The chicken shawarma had no chicken in it, the pizza was old and dry, and they couldn't even get a simple poutine right as it had pretty much zero cheese/gravy. Coming from someone who attended culinary school, I believe the Canadian public has higher standards than to be fed food not fit for a dog, and to wait so long the food is already cold when it arrives. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place, you can find a pizza place in any other direction that is guaranteed better quality and faster service. Absolutely repulsive.

We have ordered pizza’s from Inferno Pizza on upper gage for years. Best pizza in Hamilton, great customer service. Today I paid for my pizza, as I was leaving the store, the owner stopped me and told me the bill is not right. By accident I tipped the owner $82.00, he insisted on refunding my mistake. A man with integrity and thinking of his customers. I will only order my pizza from Inferno Pizza Upper Gage
