My fiancé and I loved the spicy chicken, until last couple of weeks. We gave it a try again today once more but it was like half the size. Thin and dry, bun flat and soggy. Very disappointing 😞. Cheaping out on the chicken? Unbelievable! Or is it these days 👎

The food tasted amazing and it gave me everything I asked for. But my fries were stuck together like they were super glued (still tasted good.) And the drink size was like a size for a viking. Still amazing and would definitely recommend!

When ever I order from this specific location, something gets messed up, want homestyle classic chicken? Get spicy, want jr bacon cheese burger? Get some other burger with no bacon even on it. Had someone even drop my frosty while trying to hand it to my mom from the drive through and only give us 2 spoons for 3 frostys. It's just always some weird mess up. You'd think I'd learn and drive the extra distance for better service... I'm not the type to leave reviews but this place has been so terrible I just had to. I'm done trying this location.

This location is absolutely terrible and can’t get anything right. They have sour geriatric employees who have the nerve to give attitude while taking orders, MESS that order up and move slow while preparing it. Despicable. May 4, 2022 at 3pm. Terribly nasty woman at the speaker and window. This is the employees that represent your already mediocre restaurant? Great

Food was hot and fresh. Waitress was friendly and polite even though she just delt with a difficult customer. Only four stars cuz the ladies room needed attention. Otherwise very good!🌝

I asked for everything fresh received my food and I immediately checked to see if the fries were fresh, they were cold and soggy. When telling the girl in drive thru she looked at me like she was confused. Trash.

We have been sitting in the drive thru for about 20-25 minutes. There were 2 cars ahead of us. We still don’t have our food. We ordered one meal

We have been Wendy's regular customers for many year..Having recently moved to Hamilton, we have been going to this location. Unfortunately giving this location at least 10 chances...we wont be frequenting this location again. .3 times they didnt have baked potatoes, last week they told us they had no salads and most visits the service is very slow...Very disappointing
