Subway

Ordered 3 meatball marinaras online at 8:50 and pick up was set for 20 minutes. Everything went through with no problems. We got to Subway at 9:06 (they're usually a bit behind with online orders), walked in, and asked for our order and they said "sorry, we don't have any meatballs- we can refund you." They didn't call when we made the order, and didn't call in the 20 minutes we waited- nothing. Let us drive all the way down there and miss closing time on all the other resteraunts and fast food places we could've ordered from instead. Needless to say, we're now eating microwavable burritos because it was too late to find anything else.

I and went to pickup the 2 footlong sandwiches and 6 six cookies I ordered online and the employees were rude, argumentative and incomplete. They didn't have any cookies and gave me a refund of $1.79. I pointed out that I paid $4.74 for the cookies and she grudgingly forked over another $1.79. I patiently showed her my receipt that clearly showed the price I paid but she still didn't believe me or couldn't figure out the math. I gave up and left to enjoy my sandwich which turned out to be impossible. The sandwiches were on the wrong bread which was hard as a rock, one had very few ingredients and the other was overstuffed and soaking wet! They were so bad we threw them out.

Worst subway in the state. Employees are rude. Did an online order. Waited 30 min to pick up like it said online. Showed up and they didn't have what we ordered. No phone call or anything to let us know. Drove 20 min each way. They didn't even offer an apology. Ordering online is a joke. It was then after 9pm so most other restaurants were closed. Total joke of a restaurant. NEGATIVE -5 stars.
