Dunkin'

I have been to this Dunkin about three times and I will not be retuning. The first time, the workers were very rude to my boyfriend and I, the second time my coffee was made terribly wrong, and the third time (pictured) my coffee was made wrong again with cold foam literally dripping down the sides of it leaving a mess in my car and my hands are now sticky. Considering I worked at a coffee shop for over a year, I know this is completely unacceptable. I would never hand out a coffee that is clearly made wrong, with product quite literally dripping on the entirety of the cup. I would not advise going there considering every time I went, it was terrible.

I went through the drive thru and no one was there to take my order. I went up to the window and the guy told me to wait. I waited and he took and very long time to come take my order. He took my order and he was very slow while making it. I was so excited to my drink because i’ve had a very long day and he did not make the right drink. The drink that he made was absolutely disgusting. But luckily mcdonald’s is next door and they have excellent drive service.

I stop by this place almost every day. Most the time everyone is awesome! But tonight I stopped at 7:30 to get my beyond sausage sandwiches and the kid told me “I shut down my grills so I can leave at 8” I said what time do you close? “8” I said I don’t understand then. Terrible customer service at least lie and say the grills are broken. It’s not my issue that you want to go home right at 8. That is information that’s irrelevant to a customer. If the rest of the staff and the plant based options weren’t there I probably wouldn’t continue to give this place my money.
