VERY busy due to a road closure but they were working so hard to keep a very busy line going. Nobody stood around doing nothing like I tend to see a lot in Tim's these days. Lady overseeing it was very organized. Atmosphere was calm and young girl on the counter had a big smile on her face. Very impressed and best customer service I've seen in a Tim's for a long time. Well done to you all!!!

Very busy spot first thing in the morning and at lunch. If you are in a hurry, you might be in for a short wait. Staff were super friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Much what you would expect from the Tim Hortons experience.

Original iced coffee is amazing. Loved the scrambled egg and chorizo bowl and my kids loved the variety of pastries. Much better than anything we have in the States!

Manager was yelling at baker while in view of customers. I understand the need to communicate with coworkers but it shouldn't be in the face of a customer at 8am, or any time of day for that matter.

Great place except for the panhandler that's always there standing by the drive through window. He got angry when handed him a muffin instead of change.

Only giving a 5 star for the young lady who sold me 46 gift cards. If it was a woman named Lucy, it would be 1 star. I don't know who she is, but the woman who served me was pleasant and quickly rung in $460.00 and then scanned each card for the dollar amount. It was busy there and she was really quick and doing an excellent job when this Lucy came over and started berating her about another way it should be done. I've been in business for 34 years and have had dozens of employees in that time, cardinal rule Lucy, you NEVER berate someone on your team the way you did, especially in front of a customer.
