Tim Hortons

I'm here daily! I have been to my fair share of timmy's( Tim Hortons)restaurants my fellow Canadians i'm sure can relate 👍🤣. Tim's is for the most part known for the best coffee . Me personally when I came to a restaurant i want to be treated with respect and kindness an of course give the same in return . My go to every day is the Sackville Drive , A good 90 - 95% of the time You are greeted very warmly with a smiling an kind words , unfortunately like most things it has those few that should really not be in (my opinion) working with the public at all , an honestly for me that can stop a person from going back . The dine-in is closed Right now for Covid19 pandemic , of which i really hope it ends soon!

So today we ordered from this Tim Hortons location on skip the dishes. The driver arrived missing the drinks( 2 waters and 2 coffees), and only brought us a hash brown and a donut. The manager called us personally and said they would deliver us the coffee themselves. At first we said that’s okay we will get the driver to come back. And of course the driver was really rude and refused to go back. So the manager came and brought us the entire order with the hash brown and donut too, right to our house. I am amazed at the level of customer service they provided when they did not need to especially with these crazy times going on. We just started going to this location and now we will definitely keep going here! Thank you! :)
