Pleasant experience overall. The staff member was friendly, quick, and attentive. All the normal options were available. The store was clean, clearly being attented to regularly. There was seating available if i had wanted to eat there.

This one is great. I mixed it up with the one on Robie Street and mistakenly left a negative feedback one year ago.
The staff is patient and make food patiently. It was a nice experience buying food here. However, the queue is quite long on Sunday night.

To the manager:
I stopped in for a quick bite today around 8 pm and spent close to 20 mins in a line of 3 people. It was not your employees fault, he was organized, friendly, the place looked clean and veggies fresh. There was ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING: on both the meat and veggie section, cash AND HANDLING DELIVERIES.
It seems unfair to understaff such a busy location in the middle of summer.
Your staff deserves better.

Had a bad experience here this time around. Way to much sauce, cut incorrectly so that everything feel out of the sub, and the presentation was not good. Also the drink machine gave me water instead of the strawberry juice I selected.

Surprisingly nice place considering how rowdy T can get out front at times. Clean and we'll maintained. Cool soda machine.
