The Packhouse

By far one of the worst experiences ever at any Bojangles. People working the drive through unable to understand plain English. Biscuits barely wrapped. Had to explain 3 or more times what was ordered. Can't understand anything said through the speaker outside ordering. Handed out the window someone else's food without confirming what our order actually was.

Laziest and rudest people ever. Never go here unless you have plenty of time to spare. Had two cars in front of me tonight in the drive thru, 45 minutes later i finally come to the window and she takes my card, never says anything but the price, no thank you, nothing. Then she closes the window and proceeds to hangout with her co workers for another 10 minutes before i had to blow my horn to get their attention. They said they were waiting on my pecan twist... it doesn’t take a hour to make those things and if i would have been told anything about a wait time i would have told them i didn’t want them. Finally got my food, not a thank you, sorry for the delay, wait or anything. Just awful service. This isn’t the first time having problems here, unfortunately the options in this town aren’t overwhelming.
