Me and my 11 Yr old came in for a coffee and a milkshake, a really nice girl called teegan (T) I think that's what she said was amazing. My son complemented her jewellery and that started a whole conversation when he asked her a million questions. She was lovely she really showed an interest in what my son was talking about and he loved it.

Nero is the one place we can enjoy a coffee when we have our dog with us. They were very friendly and even provided our dog with a bowl of water. It is brilliant that some cafes allow customers to bring their dogs in instead of having to sit outside with the smokers.

Nice coffee shop, friendly staff, upstairs furniture is ageing and feeling old but overall clean and tidy. Another nice Nero's.

Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff, good range of food and drinks including vegetarian and vegan options. Good mix of seating over two floors, outdoor seating too. Nice view over the Victorian market building. Wi-fi access.
