It isn't bad...but it isn't amazing either. The food is okay, the customer service is about average, the prices are average and the cleanliness is hit or miss. Last time I was there they use one of the cell phone systems to charge your credit card with...which I'm REALLY uncomfortable with, so we don't eat there often. But, in that small section of Hagerstown it is one of the better places to eat...much better than the Pizza Hut in the same location.
