Wasabi

Wow factor is up there. Hong Kong served me undercooked eel and that was it. Wasabi blew me away in everything. Their food, the freshness, right down to their presentation. I inhaled it. Their menu is amazing and all their rolls are different, as in no two rolls are too close alike. I love it. You have great variety and guaranteed quality. I’m placing an online order as I type this up. *my dad, who did not order sushi, says the plate he got was also on par with deliciousness. 10/10 eating here again

Very nice restaurant! Great menu options and the people are so nice. My boyfriend and I got the love boat, goyza (not pictured), and the mochi (not pictured). The goyza was very very good. Very crispy and the sauce was excellent with it. The sushi on the love boat was great just wish you could pick some of the sushi you get. You get pieces of raw fish and unless you like plain raw fish I wouldn't recommend. The mochi was great also. Definaly recommend!

UPDATE: We went back again. Dined in. The sushi was even better. My god, how could that be? My wife, partner, and soul mate remarked it was the best sushi she ever had. And I think she was right. The prices are reasonable and the food is just great. Really great. We have had great sushi in New York, San Francisco, LA, DC, Philly, and good old B-more. This sushi smacked down all the others. You definitely got try this place. We are on our way home and will pass through Hagerstown tomorrow. Who do you think will be eating at this place again??? Yep, you guessed it, this guy! 👍 Prior review: --------------------------------------- This place has the best sushi from Frederick to Cumberland. It tastes really fresh, well made, quickly prepared, and very friendly service. We got take out, did not dine in. Everything we ate was excellent. We will definitely be back again.

I’ve dined here over a half dozen times, their hibachi and their rice is subpar, the sushi is pretty good but I’ve had better at Oishi. I went in tonight at 8:19 pm (Saturday evening) and sat down at a booth. At 8:20 pm, the owner walked up to my table and told me that she was refusing to serve me for dine-in because they were closing at 9pm. I think that’s an awful business practice, I could understand if I came in at 8:45 pm, but I had 40 minutes to which I would have ordered my 2 basic sushi rolls and a hot tea. I would suggest posting that you close your dining room at 8pm, or whatever. Not interested in coming back
