We got what we wanted and it was fairly quick. When we were there, there was a single worker which was taking the orders and making them himself. He was fast but i am not sure what would happen when a lot of people come to get coffee. They might have a lot of workers there. Maybe that was a one time thing i came across.

The young girl in there kills it!! Runs the counter by herself, makes coffee by herself. Every order is accurate and done in seconds!! Never an issue. Always a pleasure !!

The Coffee and baked goods are always fresh! The wait time is usually long, if wasn't for that, I would give a 5 star!

I order a coffee Marixsa is who made it perfect was the first and best coffee I got from Dunkin’ did have to add no sugar, I’m one who always have to add extra sugar was very appreciate of her service with a smile. I go back when she at the store just so I can get a coffee with a smile.

Terrible customer service. They serve you what they want instead what you order and every time you go in there prices change with each run. Very disappointing since it’s the closes to my job. I have to go out of my way to get better service almost near route 46 instead of going into Oradell NJ. Employees attitudes are extremely poor.

This was my go to Dunkin for the past couple of years. Recently has not been the same new staff etc. Front door has been locked during business hours (today 7/11 one of those days) Attitude from someone who took my order this morning (Sunday 7/11). Not appreciated at all! What’s up with management ???
