Pizza Hut

I give you a one star rating. Last night I place order to be picked up at 9:45 I got there 9:30. I didn’t mind waiting for 15mins for my pizza. But after sitting there for a half hour. Watching people come and get there piazzas. I looked and didn’t even see anyone in the back. The whole staff was messing restocking the soda. The whole staff was treating the place as hang out and not work place. Apparently the manager didn’t care. After a half hr I left. No one called me tell my food was ready. Just for the hell of it I sat in the parking lot and called the store there was a employee stand and didn’t answer the phone. I really think all of the staff needs to be trained better.

Hey'a Community! Been a custumer for this pizza hut for years now. Unfortunately their quality has been going down the hill or perhaps just this location? Not sure. Yesterday I placed an order at 9:30 p.m and went to pick it up at 10'ish. Was getting ready to grab the slice when I realized it had been roughly cut not only that but the pizza was not fully cooked? It seem a bit rubbish but at the same time raw? 🤣 Will try to order again and probably update .. Maybe they had a rough night who knows.

This “medium” size pizza cost me $25 which is a scam especially considering the prices they advertise on tv but is not even the worse part. I wrote in the delivery notes to call my phone so I can come down and get the pizza the delivery guy just left it at the door and never called, I never got a text update and my pizza sat outside for who knows how long. Now this tiny $25 dollar pizza is cold and taste like I should have made elios or even lunchables at this point. I hope I catch the Covid off this street pie that’s been outside for an hour so I can sue Pizza Hut.

I would give it a zero if I could!. I hadn't ordered from this location in a while but I decided to place an online order recently. I paid about $22 for my food and it never got delivered. I called the store and the girl who picked up had at attitude and hung up on me after told her about the situation. With no explanation whatsoever. TLDR: I LITERALLY PAID FOR MY FOOD AND THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T DELIVER AND HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED FO AN EXPLANATION .
