We went today as a family and a bug (big fly) came out of my child’s food.
The staff was very reactive and very kind and refunded us and changed our children’s food (made at the same time).
However I am not trusting this venue anymore.

Clean, presentable and friendly staff. Quick and easy order. Spacious for pram and children. Food were good. Various to choose from cold and warm. Will definitely come back. Toilet is clean too.

Only discovered ITSU recently. Finally, fast food that's also healthy as well as competitively priced. So far the Vitality bowl is my favourite.

Nice place to go in case ur in hurry and don’t want to wait ages for anyone to serve you. You can order via screens inside and then go to counter and they will serve based on your token number.
