Grindhouse Cafe

I stopped here for lunch. I got the Turkey Dolo sandwich and an iced Tropical Coconut tea. The staff were very nice and were quick to get all the orders out since it was busy when I came in. Turkey Dolo sandwich has turkey, tomato, spring mix lettuce, apple slices, mayo, bacon, provolone cheese. I got the option to have it on a croissant or a pretzel bun. I chose the pretzel bun. The sandwich tasted pretty good and everything worked nicely together. It came with chips, which were also good. Tropical Coconut ice tea was a light tea that had a light coconut flavor at first. It felt like I was at the beach. But as I continued to drink it, the coconut flavor became stronger and left a very strange taste in my mouth. Overall very nice shop and the food was pretty good. Perhaps I will try a different drink next time.

worst experience ever. we get there, and my sister has to give her order to the barista three. times. and we still had to correct her before she rang us up. when she gave my brother in law a cup of coffee, she spilled it on his hand and all over the counter. upon my sister receiving her tea, they had gotten it wrong and made it with ice, nor did they use almond milk, so my sister had a terrible stomachache and had had a painful hour on the toilet. my iced red eye was burnt and disgusting. the barista also snapped at my brother in law when he accidentally walked behind the counter just asking for some flavoured syrup in my coffee. not to mention she misgendered me even though I had a pronoun pin very visibly on my shirt, so so much for them being LGBTQ friendly. my advice: don't bother wasting your money here. going to Starbucks would be cheaper
