By far the best Checkers I’ve been to. The food was hot and FRESH. My sandwich looked just like the picture! I was very impressed with this location. In today’s world everything is going up and quality is going down so I was very surprised when I received my food in excellent condition. Thank you for a great Checkers experience. I drive out of my way just to visit your location.

Absolutely terrible customer service and food isn’t good. All the employees act like they don’t care about there job. I just went there ordered a large loaded fries and got a regular. So I just said “hey I asked for a large fry” and the lady told me I would have to pay for new fries so I said well let me get my money back for this fry then I’ll pay for the large. So she brings my money back and in the midst of me talking to her to try to get it figured out she shuts the window in my face.

Nasty!! The food doesn’t taste nothing like Checkers. The chili dogs bread is soggy, the cheese is watery and the chili is tasteless. I saw that Falcon Burger operates a few checkers and rally’s so I’m assuming this is one of them. The Food is Gross!

The manager and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. I've worked in fast food over 20 years and this is definitely not good customer service at all. The food was just as horrible as the staff. Smh

We order the same thing, always ask for extra onions, but have only gotten extra, twice. We have gotten no onions at all of several visits. There is a young lady and a young man, I'll have to get their names the next time we go back. They are awesome. Always friendly. The GM and her daughter however, are rude af. I'm glad the employees don't follow their horrible lead. Their scanner had been down for at least 9 months, since I moved to this area in April 2022, so using the app rewards can't be done. That sucks.

Worst experience EVER! We pulled up and the worker was sitting outside on the picnic table at 9pm with someone. We had to drive around more then once because no one responded and then she had the nerve to have an attitude when she went back inside to do her job. It seemed like she was the only one working. Didn’t even get to order because her attitude was so bad.

Just ok. Everything seemed to be re-dropped. I hate to be the person to ask for everything freshly dropped upon ordering but I will have to be next time. Food was warm almost hot but greasy.

The mozzarella sticks were delicious. The line moved quickly and the lady at the window was very friendly. Great job I will be back soon. The fries are the best around!
