These girls were working their butts off and did a phenomenal job of keeping the service A+ with wonderful smiles AND the temp in there was 90+ degrees… the ac was broken… is was miserable but they didn’t skip a beat with wonderful service. Thank you girls!

I usually love coming but tonight it was super busy and right when we got up to the counter to pay the debit machine was broke and they were only accepting cash so they held onto our ice cream and we went to find a bank needless to say after this my ice cream was really melted and the whole situation was frustrating but things happen so maybe it was just a bad night for them. I think next time I will go on a week day so it isn't as busy and hopefully it will be better...

I went there even though it was busy they still got my order right and very quickly and one employee in particularly her name was inessa very friendly talked with me and I had a bad day and she cheered me on.

Two out of two time my on-line order was messed up. First they neglected to include the waffle bowl. Second they gave me two pints instead of two quarts and they also forgot the waffle bowl again. I tried calling several times with no success so I drove up and demanded my money back. It's a shame they can't follow simple instructions.

Why, do I have to pay for my Ice cream before it ready? I thought part of the Cold Stone experience is watching them mix your Ice cream? When we are being rushed to pay, and we can't see what their doing to our Ice cream. Makes me kinda nervous.

I’ve placed a few online orders instead of in-store ordering and every time has had something wrong with it. The most recent time my order was melted as soon as it was handed to me. I even overheard the girl make a comment about forgetting it on the counter after making it. Its not the end of the world but I really hate melted, warm ice cream... it is just unfortunate because every time I’ve gone to order inside the line is super long, but it seems to be the only way to get a good, correct order.

My husband and I love going out for Ice-cream and coldstone is always a fun stop. The last few times we've been though have just been so-so. They've messed up the order & last time the Ice-cream was almost melty soft. It's just been an alright experience the last couple times. Hopefully it will be better in the future! They still have yummy Ice-cream.
