Five Guys

Excellent burgers, fries and shakes. I usually like my burgers rare, but 5 guys is one of the places that KNOWS how to cook a burger, so well done is juicy, flavorful and tasty. The burgers are consistently good, no matter where you go. I've had them in Boston, MA and I've had them in Portland, OR and they're ALWAYS tasty.

Without a doubt, one of the best places anywhere where to get a gourmet burger, dog, or fries! Sporting a fresh remodel, the place just feels like a 50s burger shop although they no longer leave peanuts for patrons to munch on while they wait. The bacon cheese hotdogs are to die for!!! The cajun fries addictive is a good way! Choose your own fresh toppings and you have a recipe for eating until you are so full you hurt!

Stopped by late at night and the staff did not disappoint. Everything was prepared fresh and even noticed that a milkshake they made in error was given away. I thought that was pretty stellar. Hard to find good burgers in a clean and orderly restaurant anymore. I give the team 6 stars if possible and that was working the closing shift that night.

Update to 3 stars--- A manager named Kim responded to my email with apologies and made it right for us. Earlier review-- Once again, extremely frustrated with this location and will never waste our time here again. I placed an online order to pickup. It was supposed to be ready at 1:48pm. It is now 2:32 and my husband is still waiting. He got there at 1:50 and they hadn't even started the order, so he went outside to wait. At 2:20, he went back inside to check and they had FORGOTTEN about him. This is not the first time this has happened - TERRIBLE SERVICE and a WASTE of TIME that cost us $25. I want my money back!! NO APOLOGY which makes it even worse. This happens EVERY TIME at this location if we place an online order. If I place an order to pickup, I expect it to be ready when I get there, not to have it started when I get there. Or in this case, not at all, twice. Also, we live 5 minutes away and when we finally got the order, it was cold. I called and spoke to Patience, who stated that a general manager will be contacting me. DON'T waste your time or money!

I ordered ahead online and the app encouraged me to share my location so that the restaurant would have everything ready upon my arrival. They didn't. They also didn't have any signs pointing to where online orders should be picked up. After waiting 7 minutes I got the attention of a worker and asked if I was in the right place. She told me yes and then explained that they hadn't even started my order yet. I then watched various people come into the restaurant and be served while I waited for the order I placed long before arriving. Just to put it in context: my order consisted of one milkshake and one order of fries. I received the milkshake 6 minutes before the fries.
