While it's a chain restaurant the food and service here is amazing. I had their big bear burger and it absolutely lived up to its name. Seasoned perfectly cooked just right and absolutely delicious. Definitely get their chili and give it a try because it's got a nice tomato zing to it could be a little bit hotter for a guy from Texas but I definitely enjoyed it
And you definitely have to try their pies because your chocolate cream pie was delicious

Very tasty food and very nice staff. My extended family and I ate there for Easter and they were very accommodating. They had a bunny costume and bear costume for the kids and me of course. The waitress was very skilled at caring loads and loads of food to our tables and was not overwhelmed by how big group. 10/10 would recommend. The food was tasty and we were able to reserve an area for 30 or 40 people on Easter.

Great food here! Had the bear claw and was mind blown (a bit extra I know but you have to try it!). Very friendly staff, our server was very attentive and polite, can’t wait to visit on Black Bears other locations!

Great food on Mother's Day was busy(very)all day we waited in line for over 45 minutes. Took some small parties (1-3 people) in before our party of 5 they explained that the bigger tables were not available but still didn't feel any better. My coupons sent on app wouldn't work either. They did get meal to us fast after seating. Great place to eat. Next time I will make reservations on a holiday!!

Took my daughters here for breakfast. The prices are reasonable for the size of the meals. I took 1 star away due to my country potatoes being burnt to a crisp. The rest of the food was really good. The services was great. My daughter even wants to go back for her birthday.

Stopped in here for dinner tonight and had a great time. I was greeted and seated promptly by Biscuit who was very friendly and also grabbed me some coffee which was kind of them. I got the Breakfast Sliders, who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner, and they were great. The waitress, Ceriah, kept me topped up on coffee and was very pleasant and kind. Great experience and a wonderful place to swing in for some traditional diner food.

Customer service was impeccable, Annika was a very personable server who made the experience that much better. The food was amazing, hearty, filling. Went there with a friend paying for two meals and went home with the equivalent of one whole meal.
Truly was a great experience out dining, will definitely be returning 👍

OMG, the biscuits are HUGE! Light and fluffy, and the country gravy is amazing! Pretty much, everything is good, and I have never had rude service. Actually, quite the opposite. Always nice and friendly. Our last dinner there, the biscuits were dry on the outside, but we were eating late and the diner was closing soon; to expect, fresh, out of oven, biscuits would not be fair to the diner, and besides, it was still good👍
