Dunkin'

I ordered the simple Large Iced coffee with less ice. The cashier couldn’t understand what meant “less ice”after I repeated it six times. Also, charged me an extra one dollar for water and tried to return me with a donut… hello? As a multilingual, I would understand all of the above language issues, but I really can't understand this coffee that tastes like water, look at the light brown! If you need coffee to refresh, I highly recommend going to the freezer to get the monster. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANNA DRIVE SAFE

Very unprofessional black tall guy today, serving people who just joined the queue from the back and going off at customers without any explanation or whatsoever. Got people waiting in queue for over 20mins only for his colleague to come and say to us that they ain't taking no orders when he could've just told us Instead for us to leave the queue knowing most of us are traveler's with kids.

Stood there awhile before being ask what I wanted and we were the only people in the place. Maybe they give people time to decide, but I only wanted a coffee ...... No Brainer. DD employees are still heavy handed on the sugar and I asked in advance to go easy. It was still to sweet, but the employee adjusted it. My son got donuts and I had one. It was borderline stall, but it hit the spot.
