Starbucks

I went through the drive thru today for my birthday and my app was not showing any birthday offers so I mentioned it to Rya at the window and she said, “I got you!” Not only did she comp my drink but she also wrote happy birthday wishes all over my frapp lid. She was amazing and so personable. I will absolutely be back to this Starbucks for such great customer service!!!!

Order from June 25th, 2022, approximately 3:15pm Thank you to the employee Blue for helping me create the best drink I’ve gotten from Starbucks! I also got the new chicken maple sandwich I’m excited to try tomorrow morning.. This Starbucks has always delivered good drinks, I’ve bought from here at least 50 times and only once was an order not to par - and that was an Americano.. Off days happen though so I have returned and haven’t been disappointed again. The location is always clean and I’ve had excellent experiences with the staff. Today I got a “cold milk with mocha and vanilla” and it taste like hot chocolate but it’s cold!!! Perfect for the summer months when you still crave the taste! Thank you again, Blue. I will be ordering this forever thanks to you!!!

First of all I ordered a lot of things for my family and I, but the blonde girls working there said they couldn’t give me change with an attitude. I then asked another customer if he had change which then the blonde girls working finally said they did have change? So which is it? I did not like them, and won’t be coming back so neither should you.

Every time I have gone here the last few weeks they have been out of everything needed to make a drink, which is fine. The supply chain is crazy. But then they made my last chocolate almondmilk shaken espresso with no espresso, just chocolate and almondmilk, and tonight they closed the store and the drive thru 30 mins prior to tho closing time. Not cool!

OMG the place is so fancy. Expect to wait for a seat because it's crowded. The staff always working so hard and the Blonde salted Mocha is so freaking amazing. Free free, add mocha drizzle, chocolate curls, and chocolate powder. Top it all on, so delicious and sure to get you to write a great review...

This used to be my fav SBUX in the area. Now, I am rethinking taking the drive over to another SBUX with drive-thru. I have my fav baristas, and they are AWESOME. I love the friendliness and positive vibe; it's a place I know I can go and be affirmed as person because they're inclusive of "family" and none of the staff hesitates to be themselves and proud. I LOVE that. I do not love paying for a venti drink and getting a half cup. This is just nuts - twice in a week! I think they've some new staff and they need to step up the training.
