Burger King

I used to come here regularly for a typical fast food fix, but over the past few months I can't get my order in at the drive-thru without spending 10 minutes waiting at the drive-thru speaker. Then 10 more waiting at the window. I waited the first time, and have been here 3 times since but have driven away after waiting 8 minutes with no communication from employees other than "hold please." They've lost my business permanently and for those of you waiting in line and STILL giving them your business... You're crazy.

Google says that you are open until 11PM on Sunday. Perhaps you should pay enough of a wage to attract enough employees to stay open that late, or else quit advertising that you are open that late. Two weeks later, I am here again. Have set 20 minutes in the drive thru line, and still haven't ordered. This location sucks, and Burger King should contact the franchise and see what their problem is.

I told them to cook the food fresh because I was driving a long distance and I needed it hot... they pretended to comply only to give me old rotten food they clearly have no respect for customer service or actually following instructions they literally played one by me now I don't even wanna eat this trash

Went here for breakfast and I regret NOT taking a picture. My hash browns where obviously scooped up and thrown into the bag. Then they had the nerve to place the paper container on top!! My sandwich was supposed to be a HOT ham&cheese. Tasted more like I went to a sub shop and asked for a cold cut. I will not visit again.

Drive thru Representative was professional and courteous. GREST JOB MS LADY! Although the receipt said "ELLIS"! Yet, my food was sub par. Initially, my food was correct until I pulled over and saw they forgot my nuggets for the 5$ Meal deal. AND as per my request for the other meal, my extra tarter was forgotten. I calmly went back through the drive thru. I got my missing items. Unfortunately, the nuggets tasted burned; PLEASE change the oil and I was given TOO much tarter sauce. Not complaining but the rest was wasted! What Ever Happened To "PORTION CUPS" Which Are Sold At Dollar Tree...just a little heads up to this location!
