Dunkin'

Girl called “Dior” working on the front counter was extremely rude to us and she was dead slow... we asked for 4 bagels with cream cheese and she just handed to us without putting cream cheese on and when my wife said that we are on the move and we will eat these in our car and we need you to please put the cream cheese on the bagels she starts shouting on my wife saying that’s they don’t do that here... I don’t understand it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts why they can’t put cheese on the bagels?

The coffee and donut were good but the customer service was not so great. I don't think it was totally the fault of the person working. She was the only person working and doing the best she could. However, she only acknowledged the customer she was servicing. Never acknowledged anyone's presence until they were giving her their order. The 20 minute wait for a donut and iced coffee was not worth it.

Always a pleasant experience always treated well. I'm a regular and the employee's know what I order and how I like my coffee and always seem happy to see me. It makes me feel good and is a big part of why I make DD a daily stop 364 day's a year for the past 6/7 yrs. Most of all the coffee is excellent sooo much better than Starbucks.

It's okay not gonna say the worst one. The floor is neglected decent housekeeping needed. Other than that they're not a threat to Starbucks. If Dunkin can ensure quality control decorum. With all of theirs interiors having a standard. Maybe coffee connoisseurs will respect them much more. You go in grab a coffee and hope for the best.

I came in yesterday morning at 8 a.m. and was told by the cashier that "the sandwich sation is closed" I was quite upset. How does the sandwich station close at the peak of breakfast rush? So I sent an email to their corporate offices to let them know about my poor experience. They jumped on it quick! I was contacted today by the General Manager Mr. Wayne Banks, and he offered a sincere apology and told me he would address the matter with the individual working that morning. He also told me to come back in and he'd give me a free breakfast sandwich. When I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied and apologized again for my previous experience. I am so impressed with the swift response and since gesture to show me that my business is appreciated. There are very few companies or individuals today who exhibit this level of customer appreciation. Thank you Mr. Banks, I will be back in the future!

Got sandwich on a bagel instead of a croissant. Coffee tasted like there was more creamer and flavor then coffee. Update - owner contacted me to offer me a free sandwich and coffee but only for that week of the issue, I was not able to go so. My offer is not valid any longer. Owner refused to just credit my DD account that I used to pay for this

Bottom line: if you need coffee ☕️ and/or donuts 🍩 to-go and this is on your way, come here! If you’re looking for gourmet foods or atmosphere, this is not your place. I come here whenever I need to bring donuts and coffee into work because it’s on the way. Service is friendly, the food and drinks are what you’d expect from a coffee/bakes goods chain (good but nothing to write home about) and wait times have been highly variable for me which was my motivating factor behind the 3 stars.
