Ihop

This place was horrible. We arrived and had a 15 minute wait. Then after being seated we had to wait at least 25-30 minutes before our food was brought out to your table. most of our food was cold, some was burnt, and one of my items that I ordered was also incorrect and was replaced without me being notified first. I was very disappointed and this is the worse ihop I have ever been to. I will not be back.

Going to a restaurant with my son is difficult because he is a very picky eater, however, IHOP is his favorite place for Mac & cheese and pancakes. After a fun filled weekend with family, we decided to end our fellowship at IHOP. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess who advised us of a long wait due to reduced staffing. Understanding it was an observed holiday, we appreciated the advance noticed and decided to wait. We actually did not wait long to be seated because the hostess was accommodating to our party size and we were immediately greeted by our server, Ms.Christina. She was very friendly and attentive, and we had a pleasant experience and good food. Needless to say my son had two bowls of Mac & cheese. Before we left, one of the cooks came by our table to ask how were the food and service which totally surprised me that they cared so much to check in on us. Overall we enjoyed the food and service, and appreciate all the hard work and dedication by the staff to present a great customer service experience.

We had the pleasure of dining here for breakfast and being served by Jaihlen. He was very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant it’s self was clean. We didn’t wait long for our food, that arrived hot and cooked to perfection. Whomever was in the kitchen was back there cooking with love. It was an all around enjoyable experience.

I want to give it a higher rating. I do. The food was fine. The waitress was very nice. I barely saw her though because she was clearly overworked with multiple large tables of people. The place looked like it needed a thorough cleaning, but every staff member I saw was operating at a running pace to keep up with what they were doing. Let's just say my concern was not with the food or the staff.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT OR ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! I placed an online order. Waited over an hour and a half bc my order was delayed. Finally got my food and the only thing the was correct was the drink! They literally sent me a completely different order but had my receipt on the bag. Furthermore, the food i received wasn't even edible. VERY poor quality. They should be embarrassed even sending something like this out of the kitchen. Id post pictures, but i threw the entire order where it belonged shortly after i saw it... the garbage. I called multiple times to see if I could get my correct order and no one will answer the phone. I guess I'll eat air for lunch!!
