Burger King

This location is absolutely ridiculous! 3 strikes and im done. This visit was the absolute worse!!! 1st I ordered the Spicy Chicken not this travesty, after ordering im waiting for my total and the employee waits about a minute after I ordered and then comes back on the speaker to say "Were you waiting for something else" in a rude tone. SMH I told him that was all and he tells me my total. I get to the window and the customer service was still subpar. The fries weren't hot and this is the sandwich that I was served. I tried calling the store back because the line was long & they were about to close in like 15 minutes & it just kept ringing busy. As you can see after I broke it apart there was very little chicken & that which was meat looks even worse. I tried a small piece & almost vomited. Old, cold & nasty!!!!

Had a pretty rough experience here guy taking our order(think I heard a fellow employee call him Greg)acted like we were annoying him by being there. After honestly what felt like a fight to get our order placed(admitted wasnt a easy order due to kids being picky). Then we paid with cash and he asked if we wanted our change back. I was shocked and we all agreed yes we want our change back. Honestly, wasn't a huge amount but just asking after giving us such a hard time blew my mind. So then I insisted yes I want my change back.Then he exclaimed "really?" acting suprised. And I again insisted "yes I want my change back why wouldn't I"asked. Then he came back and said "Well, I dont have any change to give you". In the end I ate the difference and let them keep the change. Which I honestly regret and wish I had made a bigger deal over it but I had several kids with me and desided it wasn't worth the added hassle of having to take them elsewhere to eat. Long story short horrible experience primarily due to the one guy who was named Greg(had a few interactions with other employee and all were pleasant and helpful). But I definitely won't be returning to this location ill go across the street to sheets next time. Side note the quality of the food was good and everything was hot and fresh.

Worst and most rude Burger King I have ever been too! 4/12/22 playing at 10pm take my order then still don’t have what I need then give me something cheaper instead lol Somebody needs to do something about this place they are so rude if I pay for my food I should get something of equal or more value not less

Placed my order and told the cashier that I would be using military discount, she said that they don't do military discounts. I told the young lady that I used it there before so she asked the manager and he told her yes they do, she returned to the register and sid she didn't know they did and that she just started a week ago. I don't know her employment history but I'm sure there had to be a time in her life that someone told her if your not sure about something ask before you give an answer, to just say something that was totally wrong made her look bad.
