Papa Johns Pizza

I don’t really like to do this but hopefully it will make the staff more aware.. I just got home from a carry out order and the pizza was extremely dry. I picked it up 30-35 mins after the order was placed The spinach on one did not taste fresh; it taste old and Dry. Kelp vibes 🤢The chicken- dry. You cannot eat the crust on either pizzas.. at all. WAY too dry and hard. I bought this pizza for my children because I just didn’t feel like cooking. Now I kind of regret it tbh they can barely chew it and the crust is just not an option. The Papa John’s on battleground gives WAY better quality. I’ve never had a problem there but the few times I’ve gone to the New Garden location, I have been pretty disappointed.

Always hot and fresh and the gal that brought us the order the last few times is such a kind person. I'm a teacher and so tired and pizza is my go to when I am too drained to cook... Thank you for always being great. I know it's just pizza, but I'm glad your location is so friendly! Thank you to your wonderful staff;

Food was COLD When arrived at my house yet again this makes third time ordering here and you’ll “short on drivers” yet when I ordered it said 30-40 mins and food took over an hour to arrive not to mention alerted me it was on the way and still took an additional 30+ mins to get here I WILL NOT be ordering her anymore if I could do no stars I would

The girl bri was super sweet today . I called after I ordered and let her know that I wanted my chicken poppers well done with a nice sauce coverage (because before they had little sauce) and she did that for me ; she made sure it was exactly what I wanted . At pickup she was very friendly! Update: everytime I come here the customer service is Great, I left my previous rating over a year ago and it remains the same. The gentleman that brung my curbside order out at about 9 pm on 4/20 was super sweet! Another update : ordered today 04/24 at about 6-7 pm … my pizza was soggy as if it had been sitting out before i even ordered it. I hope it wasn’t a return pizza… manager or guy that was in the front was rude as well. Never had this experience before … very shocked . Had to drop 5 starz to 1

Order was place at 7:06pm, checked tracker at 8:10pm and said had been delivered. Checked both FRONT and BACK porch and no food there. Called store after 8:20pm and guy said that it was delivered to wrong home and even though people told them they were at wrong address, order was taken back to store rather than to call customer(myself) or show that order was canceled on app. Guy states he canceled order and funds were not pulled but funds were collected and have not been added back yet! Communication would have been nice at least! I shouldn't have to call over a hour and 15mins later to find out I don't have dinner coming!!

I wish the sizes were uniform and I also wish supervision was better. I always order from the same place because it’s my kids weakly treat (yes I order 3 pizzas every Sunday) and from every 4 orders at least 2 come wrong. Either there is one missing topping or the Crust is not the same ordered or the size is smaller.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to my Papa Johns App for a delivery order to find that I needed to call instead. Okay, no problem. I called in to order a pizza (by the way she was not friendly) red flag. I continued and asked if I would be able to use promo code as well as get rewards points. Was told once I get receipt I could load point, no problem. Ordered arrived with secured flaps not closed, another red flag with no receipt red flag. Open pizza and my pizza looked like a Tornado hit literally!! I wish I could upload picture. I called store spoke to manager Wes and explained the situation he was very nonchalant and sounded like he didn't care, another red flag. I requested my money back and to have driver come get pizza. Manager of course offered NO remedy or apology, very nonchalantly said okay, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I typically order Papa Johns about three times a month. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. PIZZA HUT OR DOMINO'S HERE WE COME!
