Subway

Ashley was amazing. I had multiple orders that were written down and she never got frustrated with me reading them off and even grabbed the chips and drinks so I didn’t have to figure them out. She was so friendly and professional even tho most would be annoyed by this. I would recommend all I know to this store because of how she handled everything. She’s definitely an asset to this location and company!

This subway location have a wonderful atmosphere! The employees are the absolute best I have seen at this location. They definitely make you feel like family walking through the door! The two ladies Ashley and Vanessa served me and my family and did amazingly well with getting everyone in and out in a timely manner!! Rockstars!!clean and organized restaurant!! I will definitely be making this location Permanent !! Great job subway!!!

**Re-review** I had recently thought about no longer using this location due to an issue with an online order. Ashley contacted me personally and made sure my issue had been resolved. She is awesome and the ONLY reason I will order from this store! Thank you Ashley for being awesome and caring about your customers!

OMG! Whoever owns this franchise owes Ashley an enormous raise and promotion. The poor thing was all alone in the shop until 9pm (franchise owner needs to fix that, it’s not safe). Regardless, she was upbeat, friendly, efficient and knocking it out of the park. She only shared with me she was alone until 9 when I told her I admired her grace under fire. There was a long line and she was nothing but cheerful and professional. Franchise owner needs to take of her, she’s an absolute asset.

I normally don't have an issue with this Subway, which is why I come to this location instead of the one closest to my house. Yesterday, my husband and I went. As we were about to enter, I see a sign taped to the door stating that they are only accepting cash...and exact cash at that. We go back to our car to see if we have enough cash to go with our coupons. We go in, place our order, give the coupons, and pay. As we walk out, I realize that we paid too much, and our receipt doesn't reflect the coupons. I go back inside and see that he has the coupons in his hand, and after waiting 30 minutes find out that the person who rang me up doesn't have the authority to issue a refund nor does he know how much my refund should be. Since the Manager was not there, I now have to go back to Subway this morning to speak with her. Hopefully, they will get the card reader back up and running soon.

Personally, I love this Subway. The employees are always very friendly and nice, and the manager Jody is awesome!! All of the ingredients are in stock every time I've eaten there. My biggest compliment for them is that they actually participate in the Sub of the Day the way it is intended...with a footling being $6...unlike some other Subways around town, so I actually come here specifically. Keep up the great work
