For the last few years this place has been absolute TRASH!!!! I pass through Greenfield for work quite often. And anytime I think I’m gonna stop through here to get a quick bite to eat before I hit the road. Me and every other person sitting in line (drive through or walk in) have to wait 25-35 minutes to get our tiny little order. And few times the order comes out completely wrong.

I cannot fathom how this place has not been closed by the board of health, corporate or some sort of employee disaster due to extreme neglect. The dining area is always neglected and filthy, the employees themselves look dirty and the bathroom is a Petri dish. Upon visits I have seen a man vomiting in the kitchen area, an employee smoking a blunt outside of the main door, with children, and have heard what appeared to be a physics altercation between employees in the back. I have to say, the food and entertainment alone are pretty ok. However, if you give any semblance of care to potential personal health and safety hazards, respectable employees, a pace to take your kids, or worry about getting a contact high, I suggest you stay far away and go to Mesa verde or the hanger instead.

This is a pitiful excuse for a KFC , they always forget things, only saving grace is they are close. I wanted the full meal chicken, coleslaw, mac-n-cheese , mashed and gravy but mashed with gravy was forgotten and requested a bunch of sauces but those were also left out. If I can help it we won't be back

I had high Hope's after going go this restaurant and hearing how they had a new manager so I went back often. Each time it got worse and worse. They need to have a manager and good help that really know what they are doing. The last time I went in they were backed up at the drive though really bad and people were complaining. There was a guy out back sweeping the floor instead of helping the two obviously stressed out help get the food out. Chicken is better but the grease needs to be changed much more often You can never count on getting a good taco, some times there is very little in them. I've ordered taco supreme and got plain ones more than once. The staff is nice but very immature. It's like they are playing a game. PLEASE HELP THIS PLACE OUT.

FYI they don't have the "beyond nuggets" at this location. No big deal, except I submitted an online order and when it was ready for pick up the staff said "sorry, we don't have those anymore. I wish they could be taken off the menu". Additionally, there is no option for the cashier to give a refund for an unfulfillable online order. There is also no "cancel order" functionality on the website, and you have to send an email to request a refund. (I tried several times, no reply and no refund received). A chain of this size should have some better processes in place to avoid frustration of customers and their own staff. I know it's only $7 but the lack of resolution options is wack. They might be making hundreds of dollars a day just by selling items that don't exist and turning customers away at the door...
