Hardee's

We made a horrible mistake. We went to Hardee's for dinner. The onion rings seemed to be about an hour old. The burgers seemed old and bland. The worst was the chicken sandwich. It was the only food we ordered that was hot and fresh but it was disgusting. Hardee's/Carl's Jr., listen, you need to abandon lunch and dinner food, and for the love of all that is holy, burn Red Burrito. It's nasty. The ONLY thing you all are competent at is breakfast. I truly believe that if you served nothing but breakfast and maybe had some more interesting coffee, you would increase profits.

We went for lunch we ordered and waited a long time I got up to go see what was taking so long finally the lady started making my sandwich and it realized she had no gloves on is said something about it and said please put gloves on and remake mine well the lady on the front line first asked the lady why she wasnt wearing gloves and i didnt hear what was being so the lady on the front line went to the sink washed her hands and went back to the line put gloves on and started to remake my sandwich as requested after making rhe sandwich she came back to the front line and bagged my food. She stated that the district manager said they did not have to wear gloves so we went to sit down to eat poured the fries out of the fry box and then realized that a piece of cotton was attached to one of the fries. Well here we go again back to the cashier to report that will they gave us a replacement fries this was a very fustrating situation my first question is why when people are making someone else's food why are they allowed to touch food and not wear gloves? My second question is how does a pice of cotton get attached to a fry? I have never been to this Hardee's and after this experience will not go back not a good way to spend $26.19

Paid 20 bucks for 2 meals and a cinnamon roll through drive through. They had us pull up to wait for the fries. When they brought our meal out they forgot our drinks and we had to go in to retrieve them When we arrived home we found there was no cinnamon bun. I called them the night manager was very defensive and argumentative. She would not listen. I had to hang up on her. Left a very bad taste.

Ordered breakfast sandwiches for my employees and the base order was right, but I ordered 8 country ham biscuits, with extra country ham($10.00), and tomato.. every biscuit had one small piece of ham on them.. disappointing when you spend almost $40 on food and all 8 items are missing something you paid for… the employees ate them cause it’s free food to them. I’m not mad, just disappointed
