The young male that works almost every single night I go in there, around 11pm is very rude, unhelpful, and has no business working in customer service. He never smiles, and when you say "Thanks, have a great night", he just stares at you with a grumpy face. He acts like he's bothered having to help customers. The lady with colorful hair is so much nicer and you can tell she likes her job, and helping customers.

Blond clerk refuses to wear her mask, even when specifically asked. If there hadn't been another, more intelligent, clerk there who was wearing a mask, I would have had to leave without buying anything, because I can't afford to take risks of getting COVID-19 with my COPD and severe asthma, because I will very likely die if I get it. Some people just can't be inconvenienced to save others. Deplorable.

Clerk refused to cook me any hot food and claimed it with store policy to leave the oven off until 8 a.m. I won't be back

Of the three soda options I tried, they were all wrong. Standing in front of the machine with a help me look gets no notice even from a worker right next to you. Finally got help, but they still could not get the flavors right after multiple times. I am not even going to attempt gas there anymore, you can't pour a tank of gas down the drain as easily as a full cup of refreshment.

Wish I could give zero stars. I stopped going to this store. I only get the iced coffee and they are always out of the flavor I like or even out of both flavors that they offer. I used to walk in, see they were out and just walk right back out. Now I drive out of my way to go to the location on 10th Street. Very disappointed in this store!

So much for free slurpee day till 7... went in aroumd 5:30 tons of people in the parking lot with free slurpees to go inside and have the guy tell us they were out. No apology no nothing. Talk about an unhappy 5 year old...

I'd give it a 0 star if that were an option.
I got a slurpee, I used a Styrofoam cup as it doesn't melt as fast. Did that on purpose. While in line the clerk and another employee were commenting on my use of cups, laughing, saying " she used the wrong cup", more laughing, then on the easy out the clerk made another rude comment. They charged me more too.
