Epic Egg

The menu is very promising. A lot of great sounding options across a few breakfast styles. Waffles, skillets, omelettes, classic, and Mexican options abound! We had a short wait, which is to be expected for a Sunday morning. What I didn't expect was another table to be sat after us, order before us and get their food first. The place emptied out a bunch as we sat here. After we finally ordered food, it took almost 40 minutes to get a breakfast burrito, skillet, and kids pancake. I was able to drink three cups of coffee before getting the food. My skillet was the Pollo Loco. It was good, but the chicken was kinda bland and dry. The skillet was just missing something to set it apart. We were missing silverware until after we got our food. We had to ask for it when the server came to check how everything looked. I was also missing hollandaise sauce with my skillet until I asked for it. I hope it was a fluke day and it gets better, but the super long wait time for the food makes it hard for me to want to come back.

Don't mean to sound redundant, reading earlier messages, but I have to say Randy is truly excellent at what he does! I loved my experience with my family today and wish all service was so great but hey u take it when you get it. Food was timely and delicious. Didn't have 1 complaint even if I tried, we'll definitely be back!
