Subway

Update: I went there again yesterday. Very consistent with everything I listed below. The crew was as friendly as can be! You won't go away hungry. They really pile on the meats and veggies, much more than most other Subways. The bread was fresh, as were all the veggies. Floor and tables clean. Fast. This is still one of the best Subway stores I've ever eaten at. This is a great Subway store! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Well managed, which is obvious about everything at this store; a rarity these days! The bread was fresh from the toaster, and was fresh before it was toasted. The amount of beef in my steak and cheese sub was surprisingly more than I expected, and more than most other Subways. The veggies were also very fresh. Nothing had been sitting around too long. The staff side of the counter was very clean. The tables and floor were noticeably clean, with no food scraps or trash on the floor. The beverage choices were more than expected, with the lemonade being exceptionally good! $9 for a steak and cheese is a bit steep, but I changed my mind about that given this outstanding, model Subway store, and that competitors charge the same or more. This Subway is VERY highly recommended, and worth driving farther to get there.

This is always my go-to subway. Tonight I went and the girl with the face piercing was very rude. Rushing everyone through their orders and making it seem as if we were bothering her? I assume she was being rude to the customers in front of us as well, as he made a comment to us, “your order might be too much for them too”. After leaving the store at 8:46, I was going to come back in for a soda but the doors had been locked right behind me. The website and the door says they close at 9, I’ve read multiple complaints about them closing earlier than said time. I feel as if management needs to train their employees on knowing what time to close the store, or change their hours.

My “No-Bready Protein Bowl” was chopped to smithereens, with the sauce all mixed up with the veggies. All of the veggies, including lettuce and spinach, were basically diced. Mush bowl. I give 2 stars because the rest of the food ordered was fine. Wish I could share pics because maybe this is how it’s supposed to be? A far cry (I obviously know the food never is but…😳)from what is pictured on the menu.

Dude. This subway sucks. The store owner violates all legal privacy laws and discusses personal matters with other employees and customers. Mark never washes his hands before handling food and doesn't require staff too either. Day of inspection tells his staff they have to wash their hands that day. Their staff smokes in the shop and it reeks. Customer service is rude and my food was molded and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all At least the one on 8th ave doesn't give out molded food
