I made a Mobil order. Arrived on time, & went inside for pick up. Was ignored by all front desk staff for about 15 minutes. Until I stepped all the way to the counter, one female employee finally acknowledged me. All this just to find out that my order was sitting aside on the counter.. I get that the team was busy. 1st mobile order was not good.

Hot fresh food and I have to say - this is the FASTEST fast-food joint in the state of Colorado. I don't know if it's awesome management or what, but every time I have gone here in the last 15 years I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the drive-thru even with a line of 10 cars! Great job!

Messed up my burger twice, had my friend go in who was very nice about it. I work in fast food too so I’m never mean to other workers, they were very rude to him and remade my burger the exact same way they made it when he told them it was incorrect. Literally if your food was messed up on your 30 minute break you’d want it remade. The attitude was so unnecessary like we would all be upset getting incorrect food from anywhere.

First time to this Wendy's. This is long only because it was a good experience. I wanted to eat inside. The floors were clean, with no trash. Although they were busy, and sparse on crew members, only 1 or 2 tables needed to be wiped down. There was no line because it was around 4 pm, and they were not busy inside. There was nobody besides me inside, except for one or two people. It seems that folks have become completely used to drive-through, after 2 years of hibernating. My order was perfect the first time. The burgers have shrunk in size, but the same with all fast food burgers. However, it was hot, tasty, and the lettuce, tomato, and bun were noticeably fresh. The fries were good, but nothing compares to properly cooked McD's fries! Chicken nuggets were excellent! It puts McD's and BK's nuggets to shame. As soon as they had a minute, a crew member quickly and efficiently wiped down every table in the store. Finally, the restroom was almost immaculate. This place is a clean machine, and has great management. There isn't a single thing I could complain about without lying! Highly recommended! Go!

Always check your bags here they have never gotten my order right it’s always something. Kids in the drive thru are barely even paying attention I told him he forgot x thing and he laughed to his co worker like they’re just messing around in there it’s fine that y’all are doing whatever just DO BETTER
