This restaurant gets pretty busy so it might be a good idea to get your order to go depending on time of day.
The food here is pretty good though the green Chile could be spicier. The Menudo is decent and is made with tripe instead of pigs feet which I like. The restaurant itself was a lil dirty but they were very busy, and the staff seemed to be pretty nice as well. Overall not too bad but lol expensive for the amount of food served.

Great atmosphere Great food Great customer service. Always fast quick hot and ready. Might be a tad pricey but it is worth it. Always clean never have an issue with finding an empty table with plenty of space. Employees wear masks at all times to disinfect between guests.

Update:
Went back and got a replacement which gives them another star but the barbacoa was so hard to chew. Definitely need to cook it more. Sad

I have followed this restaurant over the years as they’ve upgraded locations. They’ve been able to do that because the quality of their food is amazing. Best Mexican food in weld county, hands down. I live for Mexican food so I’ve been to so many across Colorado but Rancho is still the absolute best.

I had the #13 enchilada and tamale combo. Delicious, worth the drive. I consider myself a tamale connoisseur... This tamale was rich, smoky, the masa melted and the flavor was amazing. Only in the heart of Mexico have I tasted it's rival. I've eaten at this restaurant 4 times, never disappointed and will continue to stop in whenever I pass through Greeley.

Way over priced in my opinion. They charged me more than what the posted prices were. Wait staff was not so much staff. They brought me my order then I never saw them again. My recommendation: find somewhere else to eat if at all possible. 💯
