Dunkin'

Very frustrated that every trip I make here, something about my order is messed up OR it takes a half hour to get through a fairly short line. Today, I asked for an americano with toasted almond flavor. What did I get? A plain black coffee. Even just says coffee on the sticker. I get mistakes once in a while, but the fact that these mistakes are consistent is frustrating. Unfortunately there’s only one dunkin in Gray, so I’ll continue coming, but I will hold up the line every time to make sure that my orders are correct since it’s 50/50 apparently. ——- Update after a couple of months: Still messing up our orders about half the time. The picture is “avocado toast with bacon” we ordered today. No other dunkin makes it in such a lazy manner, and this wasn’t just a one time thing. This is how they consistently make it.

the kids who work here are kinda stupid. they're practically my age but they have like no brain. you know why? well, they're very ignorant and can't listen. I asked for an egg and cheese croissant and they put sausage on it when I did not ask for sausage. I took the sausage off, no problem, but they kind of need to work harder. im getting a teenage job soon and i am not going to be like them. fellow teens/pre-teens, try your hardest not to be like them!

Revised 5/13/2022: Dunkin needs to make Dart produce a tighter fitting lid or buy the correct lid to fit your plastic cups for cold drinks. For one they never stay on and two, they dribble all over it’s really quite annoying. Starbucks doesn’t have that issue! They use a sipper type lid and it doesn’t need a straw. That also gets rid of troublesome and unrecylceable plastic straws. This isn’t such a hard thing to remedy. If you can’t adapt I guess can go to Starbucks! I think service could be faster! I go here pretty often every week and when I order breakfast sandwiches, they are always fresh and hot. I also usually get the cinnamon coffee rolls, which are great. I have to get my ice tea everyday and Dunkin’s are nice fresh brewed with sweetener of your choice. Updated 07/19/2020: I have come here during COVID 19 quite a few times now and today cars were lined up out onto rt 26, however the line actually moved pretty fast and has been pretty good. The lobby is still closed but they are actually doing quite a good volume of business with the drive thru. When you do come for the drive thru, there needs to be a space left in the line right at the back corner of the building where the drive up window is. The cars coming from the drive up window on the back of the building need a space so they can cross thru the line to get out. It works pretty well when the space is available! I actually changed my rating up to 5 stars now. The prices are pretty good and maybe a bit cheaper then other coffee shops. So good job Gray Dunkin! 11/12/2020: The drive thru only sign was taking out of the window near the entrance. It appears this Dunkin has dining in and walk up service now.

It was the most obnoxious DnD trip I've ever experienced. We waited for about 8-10 min in the drive thru lane to even place our order. The person in the car in front of us placed a quick order (perhaps for a cup of coffee), then we placed our order for 1 med decaf pumpkin spice and a pumpkin muffin. When we got to the window we noticed 3 ee's, one at the window confirming our order and the other 2 doing something foolish, other than serving the cars at the drive thru. Bottom line is we didn't receive either item we ordered, nor was a napkin included in the bag with the blueberry muffin! The 2 ee's that were 'horsing around' need a lesson in Customer Service and a talking to...

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through this morning. 10 of which I spent at the window waiting for them to give me my order (2 donuts, a medium hot chocolate, and a medium mocha latte). It wasn’t even that busy (I also work in food service. I know a rush when I see one and this wasn’t even close). I couldn’t even get out of line once I figured out everything g was going south because I was blocked in by their god awful drive through layout. This location needs a serious building AND management update. Overall this was the worst experience out of all the bad ones I’ve had their before.
