Nope !!! 3 1/2 hrs later…….. dried out pizza , took it back and sat in lobby for a remake , not one time did management come out…. Kayleigh was professional and did everything to correct the situation, but it’s a shame what looked like a high school student had more management skills than the actual manager!!! How is this place still open?

I enjoy Pizza Hut however, I was not happy with this order. I ordered a thin crust with Bacon and onion. There were way too many onions to the point it was not enjoyable. We only ate 3 slices and threw the rest away. This is so not the norm for this location.

We order pizza hut 3 or 4 times a month. Never had a bad experience. Nice people, excellent service and delicious pizza!!

Only cause I can’t give them a 0 . Never can get service basically forget about calling a order in they will ask you your number then. Put you on hold without asking . They need some real management and some workers who take pride. Never got to order or talk back with anyone after 10 minutes of waiting I finally hung up

Sorry employees make this a bad pizza hut. Order pizza and drive 20 minutes and they didn't have my order. This has happened before here as well. Terrible!!

I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza online. I went to get the pizza, and when the attendant showed me the pizza, it was just a regular pepperoni pizza. I told the attendant this was not what I ordered, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I was told by the attendant that another pizza could be made, but I would have to wait 40 minutes for a new one. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told by someone in the back "she was Busy". I took my pizza and left. I will not be back.

I ordered 5 pizzas. I had a pick up time of 3:30 pm. I ordered the pizzas ~1:30pm. They were not ready when i got there. The cashier charged my card twice. They had to put one charge back on my card. I better get mymoney back.
