Ingles Market

My mother and I went to ingles yesterday the store was very clear and very well stock. Some of the employees was very friendly and check out was easy progress. We we're in and out of the store with know problem and know long lines. The only problem I have was the deli sandwich I got, the turkey and swiss sandwich the bread was stale and crumbly not fresh. I think they can use a different type of bread for their deli sandwiches, now this is my personal opinion. However some of their prices are too high but due to inflation it's understandable at this point. This was my second time coming to this particular store. Now the ultimate question will I return yes I will

Employees are polite, courteous and most helpful. It's a safe place, too. The inside of the store is clean. Items are in date and usually stocked. Management is super! Requests are met unless an item has been delayed elsewhere. Great sales. Food is fresh. Their products reflect the needs of the community. Great team of folks! Has an excellent pharmacy. Pharmacist and assistants are extremely knowledgeable and helpful providing customers with superior educational information and support! Great experience every visit!

We purchased a watermelon today at the Ingles in Gray, GA. After anxiously cutting it up for my grandson. We discovered it was too spongy & had a slight rotten taste. Due to the condition of the melon after contacting the store I asked if I could take a picture of the disposed item in the trash. Instead, I asked to remove the melon from the trash to return it. With the price of gas & No incentive offered on a defective item. I said No. I was disappointed how this was handled as I've always bragged on customer service & cleanliness of store.

Since I was in town do some work, I decided to stop in and pick up a few things. Wow! What a store! We don't have an Ingles in my town, but I sure wish we did! A huge selection of quality meats, veggies and, of course, all the regular grocery store finds. The staff was great! Friendly, offered help and even hooked me up with an Ingles card should I return. I'm 30 minutes away, but I think I'll be making some runs to the next town for groceries in the future!

This was our 1st Curbside order at Ingles. Ashley was our personal shopper and she was great! She called me regarding two products that were not available. We were disappointed because Ingles website shows (or showed) that these two items are still available but apparently Ingles does not keep their website update. Which is no reflection on Ashley’s work. We understand that items can and will run out and be unavailable before our shopping list can be completed during anytime. But I checked these products today and they are still listed as available. This is our “go to” grocery store in our area. The store is always nice and clean and typically offers a good selection of fresh fruits and veggies, freshly baked items, a good selection in the Deli area as well as a large selection in all departments. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Especially all the young staff. They all seem to have good manners and respect their customers. This is definitely a nice touch in the retail industry and especially since this pandemic has forced our grocery items to sky rocket in prices. The Ingles Company has grown in size but still offers that “Home Town Market”! And my husband and I definitely appreciate that! One more thing…when parking in the Curbside Pickup area, the numbers are painted on the parking space. So, if you’ve never been before, your vehicle will cover up the number that you’re in. I would recommend that the pickup spaces be marked on the poles where it instructs to call or text when you have arrived for pickup. This is a minor issue but this may stop some confusion when the customers arrive! Otherwise…GREAT!
