Asked for no water in the refresher still got water anyways. Also went to get out of the car after I got home on my lunch with my sandwich and the bottom of the bag opened and it fell to the ground; thanks guys

Usually my experience with this Starbucks location is good. But tonight my orders were incorrect and I was charged regular price although I used my own personal cups. I was running behind schedule otherwise I would have taken the time to have them correct my orders and receipt. It was near closing so next time I'll walk in instead of drive thru.

The worst experience at a Starbucks. Waited 15 mins for coffee that was extremely watered down. The renovation was sterile and did not have that nice cozy atmosphere that you would expect in an over priced coffee shop.

Still horrible costumer service, I wasn’t able to see her name on her name tag but she was a little bit older and blonde had a rude attitude. Ordered a caramel macchiato tasted horrible, you can’t taste any espresso or flavor just taste like milk.
