Christmas Eve 945pm drive through : “oh we’re closed due to the holidays”. I asked why you’re sign specifically states the opposite . Drive through answer “oh we’re closed due to the holidays”. As I drove by I saw at least 4 employees through the drive through window. You want to leave early on Christmas Eve? I get it. Don’t advertise 24 hours open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Afterwards we headed to In and Out burger. They were PACKED. Probably a lot of would be macdonalds customers headed there. MAN what a tasty burger

Ordered three drinks from the curbside parking spot. One coke, no ice, one coke with normal ice and one Dr. Pepper. Received two Dr peppers with no ice and a coke with no ice., after waiting 13 minutes for the order, then finally just walking I side myself to get the order, which was sitting in a taped up bag, for who knows what reason. 13 minutes to get three cups filled? Why? Especially when zero time was spent putting ice in any of them, or wasting time making sure the correct product was being put in each cup.

Garbage McDonald’s!!!!! Found a hair so asked them to remake, they did but with an attitude. Only to leave and start opening up the rest of the food only to find out they gave us completely different things than we ordered, that were far less expensive than our order. Not sure how they had nearly 4 stars, they are clearly all incompetent.

I just waited 30 literal minutes in line, 20 of those literal minutes were before i even got to order, except there was NO LINE. I didn’t get a “just a second” or “hold please” I HAD TO ASK “hello?” THREE times and should’ve drove off except i knew there were employees working from the cars that had just left the window. I’ve worked drive thru, i KNOW how it is but this was absolutely unacceptable. the only words the bigger lady with the glasses said was “$5.15” i waited thirty minutes for a happy meal and was (actually not even greeted) with zero professionalism. The bar is low enough as it is but this was just so frustrating. Instead of eating the food i waited thirty minutes for i’m typing this review, that is how genuinely sad my experience was.

It was very slow but we arrived $15 min before closing. It took 12 minutes to order and receive food, then they forgot one of our meals and we had to go back and request it. They were very accommodating as they were out of buns, and nit selling sandwiches. They steamed a burger bun for my picky son. That's why I gave W stars and not 0.

This place has the laziest Employees I have ever seen I sat at the drive-through speaker for 5 minutes with no greeting at all. So i pulled to the window and stared at them and they are stared back at me seemingly offended I was trying to get food at 120 AM on my lunch break. They are supposedly open 24 hours and ignored me completely.

I’ve never left a review for anything in my life. But I feel so passionately about how bad this Mc Donalds is. I literally tell everyone who brings up Mc Donald’s how much my local store sucks. I came on here expecting the store to have less than two stars and was shocked when it somehow had 3. Everytime I go here, every. Single. Time. Something is messed up. To start I have never had fresh fries from here in my life. They’re always cold or greasy or soggy. I actually ended up asking my friend who works at a different Mc Donald’s how to order fries fresh so that I could force them to actually give me something edible. The buns are always dry here. I’ve never had anything warm or crispy. The line takes forever. And the whole staff has attitude. I’ve gone inside a couple of times and the most recent time I noticed the staff just standing around chatting. It took them far too long to notice I was standing at the register waiting for them. And I was just treated like an inconvenience. To top it off the ice machine wasn’t working either. The management here must be doing absolutely nothing. I am literally begging you guys to be better. So pathetic.
