Chili's

Our server and the staff were friendly but the cleanliness of the restaurant isn’t the best. As soon as we got seated we notice how dirty the dividing wall was, there was splatters of food/drinks and you could tell it’s not wiped down or clean very frequently, however we overlooked that the food took some time to come out but it was freshly made so the wait time was reasonable. Towards the end of our meal I saw something move from the corner of my eye and turns out it was a roach!! They definitely could work on the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I’m really pleasantly surprised by our fantastic experience! Given that it’s a Saturday at lunch time in a busy mall at a restaurant with (seemingly) few staff, we got seated in 10 minutes, waited on immediately, our food came pretty quickly, the portion sizes and cost (2 for $25) were excellent, and it tasted great!!! We’d definitely come back here again :)

We had only eaten here two times before the pandemic so it's been a while we had a great time you do need to reserve a table because it's pretty full during the crowd I'll say after noon it's pretty busy especially because by that time there's lot's of people already at the mall, the restaurant it's pretty big enough well maybe not too big since it's always full in here I think our reservations waiting time was around an hour so less but there's plenty of stores to visit while they call you to let you know that your table is ready it's a pretty big mall to walk around, we did enjoyed our food so now we continue to order curb pick up at our area food it's great prices are a little high but that's everywhere. Attempted to dine and the manager was giving numerous excuses to customers. The place had so many tables empty and countless tables dirty. There were at least 6 people standing around looking vs actually working to ensure that business was being ran. Is this what our world has come to. Total lack of motivation and a and a total lack of customer service. Chili's used to be such a hot spot and for this to occur in the Grapevine area is seriously sad!

To go at the mall. Waited awhile to get order taken. Told 10-15 mins for to go. (Before we told them our simple order) both ordered cup of soup and side salad. Took almost 20 mins. The desk behind the computer has an inch of dust piled up looks like it's never been cleaned. The food was decent although the side salad is usually larger, it was quite small to go. Tasted good and soup was hot and tasted good. Just lack some customer service friendliness.
