A good place for the kids to have fun but dining as well as food and service is mediocre. We waited for 2 hours to get seated and once seated another 30 minutes before someone comes to our table. The food is expensive and not good at all. It’s better to just get the kids meal next time .

We had a reservation for a party of 8, and we were seated at the appropriate time. It took about 15 minutes to bring out appetizers from the time we order them, and it took about 45 minutes to bring out entrées from the time we ordered them. We were celebrating 2 birthdays, so we asked the waiter if we could get their birthday song as well as an order for the birthday lava cake that they had. This was not done, the waiter entirely forgot about the ask. Because everyone was annoyed that we waited and the food was pretty basic we did not mention the birthday part and luckily we were not charged for the lava cake.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was apprehensive about taking the family here. However, from the hostess to the dessert, everything was great! We had made a reservation earlier in the month, so when we arrived, the hostess sat us immediately. Emily, our server, was upbeat, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food came out hot and was delicious. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about this place, except that it is 4 hours from our house! :)

There was a long line, but it moved pretty quickly. They told us the wait would be 20 minutes and it was. The inside is so much fun with animated animals, rain, sounds, lights. All the theatrics. The food is a bit pricy but it was worth it!

Went for my birthday, make sure to reservations ahead of time because otherwise the wait will be long. I used to go here when I was younger, nothing has changed and the food is still good! Prices were a bit on the expensive side though.

First time visiting. The wait was 1.5hr long but the mall is so big you can literally kill time. The restaurant was super nice, I loved the atmosphere & all the animals. The food was ok & the alcoholic beverages were NOT it! They look fancy & you get to take the glass cup it comes in but if you’re looking to get a buzz I wouldn’t recommend lol! Overall, You must stop by! Super dope restaurant

It was superb experience. Staff was too friendly. Mostly preferable to celebrate kids birthdays. But on weekends there will be a long wait time. Preferable to book a table in advance.

It was definitely different that childhood memories 😅 but It was fun and cute to experience all over again. I sat by the bar and the awesome guy (name pronounced 'Sigh-yin') was outgoing and helpful. He was dutiful to everyone at the bar and really friendly. His partner Justin was always moving about but I suppose that speaks of his attention to the job. Really cool pair of guys, the food was better than expected and drinks were so fun to keep!
